Welcome to OneOnOneAI. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our 1-on-1 Socratic AI tutoring platform, tablet kiosk modules, and guardian digests, provided by ParivartanX.
Summary of Key Platform Terms
OneOnOneAI is a Socratic study tool designed to foster critical thinking and conceptual derivations. It does not replace official school exams or accredited classroom instructors.
Practice problem solving and standard doubt explanations are 100% free forever on verified public library tablet kiosks.
Users agree not to submit unlawful materials, attempt unauthorized reverse engineering, or use AI outputs for live examination cheating.
Student data is protected under Indian data privacy laws with zero commercial ads and right-to-erasure guarantees.
01.Acceptance & Eligibility
By accessing or using the OneOnOneAI website (including associated subdomains, student portals, and library terminal kiosks), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are under 18 years of age (a minor), you must have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to create a personal student account, in accordance with Section 9 of the DPDP Act 2023.
02.Educational Platform Services & Socratic AI Tutoring
OneOnOneAI provides AI-augmented educational services, including:
- Interactive step-by-step doubt resolution in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and Mathematics.
- Prerequisite knowledge graph diagnosis mapping student knowledge gaps to foundational concepts.
- NCERT, JEE, NEET, and CBSE exam syllabus practice sets and peer challenge arenas.
- Librarian and administrative monitoring tools for partner educational institutions.
03.Subscription Passes, Billing & Refunds
We offer both free and paid subscription passes:
Public library tablet kiosk access with daily free doubt explorations is provided at zero cost to students.
Paid duration passes (30-day, 90-day, or annual) unlock unlimited 24/7 home access, voice explanations, and full mock exam diagnostic evaluations. Payments are processed securely via verified Indian payment gateways (SabPaisa / UPI / NetBanking).
If you are not satisfied with your paid pass, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing info@parivartanx.com with your transaction ID.
04.Intellectual Property & Content Rights
All software architecture, concept graphs, user interfaces, branding, and algorithms of OneOnOneAI are the exclusive proprietary property of ParivartanX.
NCERT textbook references, official syllabus titles, and previous year exam questions (PYQs) cited within the platform are used strictly for academic instruction and educational commentary in accordance with fair dealing principles under Indian copyright law.
05.User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree that you will not:
- Use the platform to generate non-educational, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse engineer API endpoints, or scrape concept data.
- Share personal login credentials on unauthorized shared terminals without session logout.
- Engage in automated script execution or bot activity against challenge battle arenas.
06.Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
ParivartanX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, loss of study logs, or student exam performance outcomes.
